NZ musings 1
Hey all,
muhahahahah - After a long time huh:) , things didnt end up with US musings , I got a chance to bug U guys with new NZ musings though:)
Ok if some of you dont know, I am in Wellignton the Capital of New Zealand :) , a small city as big as BTM layout :) .
Wellington: Cast away :)
Oops after long flight over the seas I finally reached an island - Wellington (New Zealand) on last sunday. Wellington airport is naturally beautiful with its run-away just next to the sea :) , So good :) [ inavitably planned though :D ] . Weather is very cold here making tough to realise most parts of ur body and the count on cigarettes (forget it).
I am staying in apartment hotel which has beautiful view into the sea and the scarsed land part of the city.
Feels a 20 min walk can cover the whole of the city , fine i might be wrong as i am new to this place.
Me home sickkkkk , eating whatever carried in the bag from India. I have some Indian friends here who are teaching me cook:) ( loosers!!!)
Food and Bevarages
Whatever I have checked outside in few days was only bevarages and no food :) , I know you guys arent surprised:) . Food culture looks to be ok with meat being the most part of it:) ...I think these ppl consider chicken to be veggie food. Every restaurant or even any damn place gives you beer, hey even my office provides beer:) muhahahahaha.
Obviously sea food is tasty itseems :( unfortunately i eat only chicken out of the non-vegs:(
People and Party Life -Everything natural is beautiful in this country :-) , u guys know wat all i am talking abt :)
People - Presumably most of ppl are New zealanders and australians , next the chineese (globe-an's) and good amount of indians too :) . Every1 looks real busy and even the teenagers busy partying and doing pranks. Ppl like beer,tatoos,yoga and skates a lot here, there was tatoo competion the day i came here :) . Partying happens till the morning ,un/forutnately cops are less punishing ....
Walkways are bigger than road ways , who wants to drive a vehicle man , i feel if u accelerate a little more then you will end up into deep sea :D muhahahahahaha
Funny to see diff kind of ppl, some wear full warm coats and some walk in shorts and minis on the same road and same temps :-), dont undunderstand :( ,,,,
Teenagers are too problematic here , no one can stop them in anyway ,, its tough to walk on the roads in front of a school or college, they can make u cry,,,,,For the first time i feel comfortable with elders :) and tensed with the youngsters :(
Everything natural is beautiful in this country :-) , i dont need to explain it all :)
Work: Corporate way
You guys know this is something i never wanna talk :( , but ya, i am working in team with old kiwis for Telecom New Zealand( TNZ).
You guys shud know this , every govt company has New Zealand in thier name , Telecom/bank/Air/ New Zealand. :)
Work looks challenging and good. Hope i will make it but co-operation from the employees here looks untidy as they have realised our presence.Anyway I dont wanna dig and bug myself:)
But many good things are working on the next level mobile technology(UMTS) and single handed:) :( .
Best part , my workspace is cool with good natural view and I can try peeping into NZ's PM office easily :) muhahahahah
Thats it for now ppl:) ,,, will miss you all:( :D ...... i will write more once i start discovering new things :)

NZ Musings 2
Hawaya ! (just means how are u ;) , ------
My musings were always skeptic or funny , but this trip has forced me to appreciate things a lot,
I had been out last weekend for some activities pre-planned to perfection :) ,, which rarely happens with DP.
We drove to a place called Mt ruapheu which was 400 kms from this place. Driving will never be so exciting anywhere else, you are either on a marine drive or green/snow mountain drive .
I felt the "Kaho Na Pyaar Hai" song - "kyu chalti hai pawan" should have been shot better :D muhahahaah ,, seriously huh
Speed was so well defined , follow the rules then you are fast and safe :) , but still our mama ( police ) followed and warned me for crossing yellow lines twice :D muhahah ,,
Sheeps never sleeps :D ,, seriously NZ sheeps are the luckiest living beings , they continuously keep eating till there extinction :) .. offcourse they spark up the beauty of the mountains
A camera cant cover it all in a shot , its 360 deg beautiful :) ,,, we wanted to take a snap at every place but realised you cant do it that way :)
Two days of too much fun , never realised how another weekend has come ,,,brief my activites :
1) Skiing :
Your initial feeling when u get on your ski boots is "u cant move from now on " :D ,,, ya tats wat even i felt , the boots were heavy and everything was tough.
But when i got onto the uphill snow i felt so good , so flashy white , so much josh ,,
I did enjoy the whole day, learnt it fast as i was aware of other kind of skating . Finished the basic skiing lessons and booked the intermediate skiing lessons for next month.
PS - this time i have a video to prove physics :)
2) Bungy- kingfisher way !
The scariest thing i have ever done. Its like kingfisher style A 120m dive from a bridge and then dip your head into the river .The only inspiration was the beautiful lady crew who promised me something
( nothing she promised u wil be alive :D ) . When i stood in on the bridge edge i was tensed and when i saw the river down i was completely out of the world ,
what if a crocodile waiting for me with wide open mouth to dip into the river :)
3) Flying fox :
Sounds funny right, no it was scary thing i experienced ,, you are hanged horizontally to a rope which takes you from one mountain to another at very very high speed.

4) Water Rafting :
awesome scenary :) ,,,
Most of us have really forgot the word "Hobby" in our lifestyle. Lets have any1 ;)
I have uploaded some(actually too many) snaps in orkut.
A weekend of so many experiences and so many expenses :D , looks like this time i will surely come back home with a loan :D muhahahah
